The Colt Defender F2 EI60S is a fire rated smoke control damper that controls the movement of smoke through a building. It forms part of a smoke ventilation system.
- Unique design creates a flush finish with the wall when closed, making it extremely discreet when installed
- External surfaces can be painted to match surrounding walls
- Constructed from mild steel and fire rated Al noncombustible calcium silicate board
- Fire rated to provide 60 minutes of integrity and insulation when closed
- Advanced, multi-stage sealing system ensures smoke leakage is controlled in both ambient and fire conditions
- Mineral wool insulation
- Tested to EN 1363-1 and BS EN 1366 Parts 2 and 10
- Motor release from the corridor/lobby side for ease of maintenance
