The warehouse was larger than 36 000 square meters and reached beyond 16 metres in height. The building had to meet the current BCA requirements and also ensure that the building was suitable for ESFR.

The conversion of a local hall into a modern theatre with a mezzanine floor and bar for a local theatre troupe to provide cutting edge theatrical performances.
